- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES

12. Termination

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intentions as closely as possible.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Moe-Mentum Transportation Inc regarding the use of the Site and Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
